Caden's Room

Caden's room is ready and so are we! We are only about 2 1/2 weeks away from our due date.  As of Monday, I was dilated 3 cm so hopefully we will be meeting our little one soon!

Allie is ready for Caden to get here as well...

  Had trouble finding cute art that went with his bright bedding so I got creative and made my own art.  I think they turned out pretty cute but simple!

 A blue lion is normal right?  Maybe I tried to be too matching with all my decor!

Bad Blogger

So I have been a horrible blogger. I really don't have any great excuses other than the last few weekends getting baby ready.  So here is a quick recap.  Back in January we hosted a "celebration party" for Brett's MBA class.  He graduated in December and I couldn't be more proud of him.  He has worked so hard the last couple years.  I am very lucky to be married to such driven and ambitious man.

We got lots of snow in January and February.  Allie loved it!

At the end of January, I had to go out to the West Coast for work.  While we were there we took an afternoon and headed out to Lake Tahoe.  It was beautiful!

 Breck, Allison and my sister Christie threw a baby shower.  I am so mad at myself because I failed to take any pictures with the hostesses or anyone at the shower.  I was able to get a few pictures from my mom and Breck of the decorations and opening gifts.  The shower was wonderful and Cade scored some great gifts! A special thank you to the hostesses.  It was really sweet of you all and I really appreciate all that you did.

My office threw a surprise baby shower for me last week. Once again Cade got some great gifts.  We are truly lucky to have such great friends, family and co-workers.

Definitely getting big! Here at 36 1/2 weeks...
